   • This package of coverages is directed to the mature homeowner with coverages that make sense for them. However, there is no age requirement to purchase this package which includes:

     • Locksmith service
     • Guaranteed replacement cost of dwelling
     • Refrigerated food damage protection
     • Increased special limit on jewelry

2. Guaranteed Replacement Cost
   • This optional endorsement provides coverage to replace your home in the event of a total loss even if the cost to replace is more than the amount of the insurance you carry.
3. Replacement Cost on Contents
   • This coverage is available as an option to provide replacement of damaged contents without depreciation.
4. Blanket Jewelry, Furs, and Silverware Coverage
   • This option provide a blanket amount for jewelry, furs, and silverware on a "broad coverage" basis without having to list each item separately as on a schedule.
